Child Safety Standards

Findr's commitment to safety

This page describes the Child Safety Standards for Findr: Dating & Meet Singles (the "App"), developed and operated by DiviPixel Labs ("Findr", "we", "us"). It explains our standards on child sexual abuse and exploitation, how to report a concern, and how we respond.

1. Our zero-tolerance standard

Findr has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"). Findr is a platform for adults to meet other adults, and any attempt to use it to harm, exploit, or endanger a minor is strictly prohibited and will result in action against the responsible account.

2. Prohibited conduct and content

The following are strictly prohibited on Findr, without exception:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
• Sexualization, sexual abuse, or sexual exploitation of a minor in any context;
• Grooming: befriending or building a relationship with a minor, or attempting to do so, for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation;
• Sextortion involving a minor, including threats to expose sexual images or information in order to extort a minor or a third party;
• Trafficking or other exploitation of a minor for sexual or commercial purposes;
• Soliciting, requesting, or sharing sexual content involving a minor; and
• Any other attempt to use Findr to contact, exploit, or endanger a minor, including using the App to facilitate abuse that occurs off-platform.

These standards apply in addition to the content and conduct rules in our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which already prohibit content depicting minors in any context.

3. Adults-only platform

Findr is a dating service intended only for people aged 18 or older.

• People under 18 are not permitted to create or use a Findr account.
• Accounts that we reasonably determine belong to someone under 18 may be restricted or removed.
• If you reasonably believe a profile belongs to someone under 18, please report it immediately using the steps below.

Being an adults-only platform does not limit or reduce Findr's commitment to preventing CSAE and CSAM, on or off the App.

4. Reporting a child-safety concern

Please use Findr's in-app reporting tools whenever possible, since they route reports directly to our safety team along with the relevant profile or chat context. To report a profile, message, or other content: open the profile or chat, tap Report, choose the reason that best matches your concern (for example, "Inappropriate content"), and add as much detail as you can in the notes field.

If you're unable to use in-app reporting, or you want to raise a child-safety concern directly, email safety@findr.date or use our contact form. Please include as much detail as possible: the profile or account involved, screenshots if available, and a description of the concern.

5. How Findr responds

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on Findr, we take appropriate action, which may include:

• Removing the prohibited content, where applicable;
• Restricting, suspending, or terminating the accounts involved, where appropriate;
• Preserving relevant information where legally required; and
• Complying with our applicable legal obligations.

6. Cooperation with authorities

Findr complies with applicable legal obligations regarding CSAE and CSAM, including reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional or national authority, where required by applicable law. We cooperate with law enforcement requests made through valid legal process.
