Yes. Joining, matching and chatting are all free. Findr+ is an optional upgrade with more likes, Super Likes and extras.

Not yet. Findr is an Android app on Google Play.

Install Findr from Google Play, sign in and follow the short setup: your name, birthday, photos and what you are looking for. It takes a few minutes.

At least 2. Your first photo is your main one. You can add, reorder and caption photos any time in Edit profile.

When you both like each other, it is a match and you can start chatting right away.

English and Hindi. Go to Settings, tap Language and pick one, or follow your phone's language.

The Findr tab shows one full profile at a time to pass, like or Super Like. Discover shows a handpicked set of people who share your interests and want what you want, refreshed every day.

Try a wider distance or age range in filters. New people join every day, and people you passed come back after a while.

Yes. Tap undo on the deck to bring back the last profile. Findr+ makes undo unlimited.

Tap the filter button at the top of the deck. Everyone can set age, distance and who they want to see. Findr+ unlocks every other filter.

It puts your profile in front of more people nearby for a short while, so you get seen faster. Findr+ includes Boosts every week, or you can use gems.

It shows how much you have in common with someone, based on your interests, goals and details.

Open the Likes tab. Likes You shows people who liked you, You Liked shows people you liked, and Mutual shows people you both liked. Findr+ reveals every profile that liked you.

It tells someone you really like them, with an optional note. It shows up in their Requests so they see you first.

Findr+ Weekly includes 7 a day and Monthly includes 10 a day. Without Findr+, a Super Like costs 20 gems.

Every plan has a daily like limit that refreshes each day: 40 on the free plan, 90 on Weekly and 100 on Monthly.

Super Likes sent to you, often with a note. Reply to match and start chatting, or pass if it isn't for you.

Yes. Press and hold a message to add a reaction.

Open the chat, tap the menu and choose Unmatch. The match ends for both of you.

The match has ended. Once either of you unmatches, the chat stays read only.

Go to Profile and tap Edit profile to update your photos, prompts and details.

Short answers that show your personality. Answer in text, record a voice prompt so people hear how you sound, or add a short video.

Yes. In Settings, under Privacy, choose who sees your profile, your photos and your answers. You can also hide your distance and age.

Yes. Turn on Pause my profile in Settings. You leave the deck, and your matches and chats stay.

Go to Settings and tap Delete account. If you can't open the app, use the Delete account page on findr.date or write to privacy@findr.date. You have 30 days to change your mind.

Yes, within 30 days. Sign back in and your profile, photos and matches are restored. After 30 days it is deleted for good.

Open Safety centre, tap Verification and take a live selfie with a few simple moves. Most people are verified right away. If not, our team reviews it within a day.

We keep a few frames and a numeric face template made on your phone. We use them to match your main photo now and to check any new main photo later. Only our team sees the frames.

Usually low light, a hat or glasses, or a main photo that does not clearly show your face. Try again in good light. Any check that does not pass on its own goes to our team.

Your new main photo is checked against your verification selfie, so your badge stays accurate.

More likes and Super Likes every day, weekly Boosts, unlimited undo, every filter, every theme and no ads.

Weekly or monthly, and monthly costs about half as much per week. Priced for your country. The app shows your price in your own currency before you pay. Google Play bills it, with local taxes where they apply.

Gems unlock extras like Super Likes and Boosts. Earn them with the daily check in, by inviting friends or by watching a short ad.

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Open the Play Store, then Payments and subscriptions, then Findr. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

Yes, until you cancel, at the price shown when you subscribed.

Close and reopen Findr while signed in to the Google account you paid with. Still missing? Write to support@findr.date with your order ID.

Payments go through Google Play, so refunds follow Google Play's policy. Request one from your Play Store order history. If Google declines and you think the charge was wrong, write to support@findr.date.

Go to Profile, tap Invite friends and share your link. Your friend gets Findr+ free for 3 days once they finish their profile.

Findr+ Pass days and Super Likes as friends join. Pass days have the Weekly plan perks.

It pauses while you have a paid plan and resumes after it ends. The days left are saved.

Open the invite link on the same Android phone and install Findr from there. If you typed the code, check the capitals.

Open their profile or your chat, tap the menu, then Block or Report. They won't know it was you, and we review every report.

Yes. Open Safety centre, tap Blocked users and unblock them there.

No. Others only see a rough distance, never your exact spot.

Meet in a public place, video chat first, tell a friend your plans and never send money. More tips are on the Safety page.

Use the contact form and choose Report a concern, or write to safety@findr.date. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

No. We do not sell your personal information. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Check that notifications are on for Findr in your phone settings and in Settings, Notifications in the app. Battery saver can delay them.

Update it from Google Play. Findr also tells you in the app when a new version is ready.

Update to the latest version and restart the app. If it still fails, write to support@findr.date with what happened and your phone model.
